I've had two fail in the last week

The first started shredding last Sunday and was replaced under warranty by Renault main dealership.
It lasted 5 minutes when I drove the car home.
Its now back with Renault and I'm getting frustrated with it not being resolved - Iv'e had to pay for recovery from my house to the Renault dealers (over £65).
Shouldn't the Renault dealer cover the costs of recovery and maybe lend me a courtesy car?
Any advice much appreciated
