hands free card

does anyone know how to set the card to hands free my car as black squares behind the handles
any help please

all meganes have the black squares. does the door handle have buttons on it though?

and if you don't have handsfree, it's not something you can just turn on. nor is it something to retro fit.

hi.nothing on the handles so i guess mine does not have handsfree
