OBDII compliant

I have a 2003 Megane 1.9dci can anyone tell me if it is OBDII compliant or not ? as i was thinking about buying a diagnostic tool for it & if so can anyone suggest a good one to buy.

Hi there.
I've just bought and ELM327 with extra software from Ebay for £25! Seems to work really well, from what I've seen so far. The software I've got allows me to monitor the engine, record, review, etc. It also allows me to see and erase the error codes too! You do have to use your laptop in the car though because it's only the interface cable (USB) and software discs.
Really useful though.

I use Proscan v5 (came on a CD with the ELM reader). There are more recent versions and they all require a keygen. You might have to do something naughty to get a working version - torrent.

You will need a virtual port driver such as CDM 2.04.16.exe to sort out the USB interface (Google it).

There is probably free stuff around too - Scanmaster may have a free version if you have a look around.
