Has anyone been to France recently?

Has anyone been to France recently and noticed the white stickers/decals of a person dude that most Meganes (Mark 2's and 3's) have on their bumpers or rear Screens?? What are they and where can I get one??

Thats the one probably, personal i would rather have a 2 in the pink and 1 in the stink logo.
