Well, im afraid.....

Postby Watson21 » Mon Aug 24, 2009 12:30 pm

.....the time came to move on from Renault.
After nearly 5 years owning my Megane, I took the decision to go Japanese.
I bought a Toyota Celica nearly two weeks ago and im loving every minute.

The Megane was due lots of things, including new tyres, brakes, wheel bearing and a service!
Im hoping the Celica wont have as many problems and constantly need things done to it like the Megane did.

Even though its a 1996 P reg, it runs like new and looks nearly new even with 90k on the clock.

Although I am reluctant to post photos (with it being a Renault forum and all) here are some quick snaps...

Thanks for all the help and advice over the years everyone and keep up all the good work Andy (and Team).
Its been a pleasure.

Thank you and good night!

Nice car! was the second picture taken at millenium bridge by any chance?

I've had my megane for four and a half years now, its due its 108,000mile service. The first three years were full of problems but its settled down now! Keeping my fingers crossed!

How on earth can you tell that? Looks like a concrete wall to me. Respect if it is.

I know what you mean! Come to think of it, I don't think it is... I'm around the millenium bridge quite often and that bit looks like the car park! :D

Yeah, the picture was taking on the top level car park at the Millenium Bridge on the Quayside (5 mins along the road from me).
Its one of the best places to take photos because its quiet and kind of out the way.

Mine had 77k on the clock when I got rid and ran alright but it needed far too muh done to it and would have cost me a fortune!
