Problem with my rear lights

Hi all, hope someone can advise....

Im having problems with my rear lights it goea like this...

indicator on (left) put foot on brake = indicator light stays on (not flashing)

indicator on (right) put foot on brake = indicatore double flashes as if bulb out.

lights on at night (not full beam) = indicators dont flash (just stay on)

F...ing nightmare!!!!

if i give the wireing a wriggle everything works fine for a while but then reverts to disco car!!!

Any advice without having to spend a fortune???

i had this with a mark 1 megane, i'm not sure if the same can be done with the mark 2 as i have not unplugged the rear lights yet.

i got a small jewellers screwdriver and pushed the connections together in the plug to make them closer together and then connected it back up and it cured it....

if you can do that, give it a go
