I always thought heathrow airport car parking was extortion but Oxford street in London has taken the title as the worst.

Staggers me why anyone would want to go to London anyway let alone park there however, there are people that do.

Boris and TFL simply don't want cars in places like Oxford Street which is fine by me as I have no intention of going and, if I am ever forced to go I won't be driving.
