Hi these used to be a Nissan/Peugeot dealer but have also started with Renault as well.

Took car in to have its 52k service and asked them to do a few other things - replace brake pads to some greenstuff ones, recharge the air con and to try and investigate the sun roof rattle.

None of the extra things I asked for were done which really annoyed me and when I got home they forgot to stamp the service book which really annoyed me further and then when I telephoned them they said they couldnt stamp the book because I had left the premises so went back down there and said there is the invoice and your name at the top so yes you can sign it !!

Got few things wrong with the car at the moment so am going to take it to a dealer in Canterbury so hopefully I get some better service!! report coming soon!!
