This is how customer service should be practiced (how I used to do it myself when I worked in a garage)
walked in at 8.45am not booked did not buy the car from them (REg Vardy as was) explained I had no n/side windows and problem we had last saturday with window dropping.
service manager (I think that's who he was) said no problem grab a coffee I'll get it looked at and if needed we'll order parts.
45 minutes later I know that I need 2 regulators and a wiring harness and that they will fit them on a saturday morning two weeks today ! RESULT
Shame their sales staff aren't as clued up, on the way out asked if they had any 1 year old megane 1.5 diesel's and how much, pointed to a silver car which turned out to be an 05, that's what mine is !
Coomunication breakdown but I still think my next car will be from Park's
