Renault in Bearsden Glasgow - amazing

My Toxic fume filter light came on last night with really sluggish responses.

My wife called the dealer at Bearsden in Glasgow and was told to bring the car down as soon as possible. So she took it after work, got there at 14:30 and the mechanic took the key fob and said he'll look at the car.

He was back at 14:55 with news that Number 1 coil had gone and he had changed the whole set under warranty as its a known fault, bearing in mine my warranty ran out over 5 months ago, thats good going.

All done free of charge and now the car is quicker than its ever been.

I'll second that, I took my car in to get a new window refulator fitted, got it back a couple of hours later, fitted under warranty, with a health check pointing out that my front tyres were starting to wear and the wipers needed replaced. Both things I already new, but it's nice to know they checked. Even if it is just to get more business.
