Hi everyone!

Left my car at the dealers this morning for its MOT.

I got a phonecall a little while ago saying i need new rear brake pads but ill get them done else where as the dealers is far too expensive and more than double what it costs me at my local garage.

Just waiting for the dreaded "its failed" call....hopefully it wont come!

Anwyay so far i have been impressed with the politeness of everyone there so i will report back when i get the car back.

Picked it up...passed with an advisory on the rear brake pads....car cleaned inside and out....very happy with the service

im well pis**d off with them for my spare key

they said they would sort it,and they had traced the key in edingbrough,and they would post the key,i waited and had to phone again and got a muppet in service department saying "if your car only came with one key then thats all it comes with

so where the f*** is my spare key? in other words theyve lost it basically

wouldnt give them the time of day now so for my servicing im going to try tones of hartlepool,
