Simple advice would be - AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I have another running thread on this called, "Could This Be YET ANOTHER Issue?" That will explain everything.

Basically, I've spent nearly £3000 getting my car fixed since June, and they still haven't fixed the original problem, so I'll be going down tomorrow and banging a few heads together!

bought a megane from this lot last november, so far its been back 8 times with the same fault and they have 1 - not located the fault and 2 - not fixed it!! So i still have a really bad rattling dash, rattling and creaking from rear panels and squealing breaks!! Worst of all they said they stripped the dash down, which is lies....they pushed bits of paper into gaps...totally frustrated!!! The car sounds like a van inside!! Might have to bite the bullet and head to Charles Hurst.. :-(
