I recentley ordered an "Oasis" badge off renaultpartsdirect.. tiny little part with almost no value, but regardless of that I recieved a photo of the part via e mail so I could see before I bought, a phone call and a private message.
So Praise where it's due, excellent customer service and I shall be ordering from them when ever the need arises.

I've just had a delivery of parts including a small badge from them myself.

Excellent service and when one of the items went to the wrong delivery depot, Paul tracked it personally and called to check it arrived successfully.

Best online Genuine Renault Parts supplier in my opinion..
