This place is on Meeting Street in Great Bridge, just outside of West Bromwich. I paid a lot of money for the car I wanted as I couldn't be patient enough to wait. Their aftersales service was absolutely shocking though!!! The car started to cut out when starting after 1 week and they refused to fix it and it's needed a new tyre which they also refused!

I think you should contact citizens advice bureau or office of fair trading and ask them to help.
