Avoid like the plague. They will promise the world and deliver just the basics and will be then impossible to contact.

I thought it was Sunwins? :?

If it is I had a Laguna 1.9dTi from them (Caledonia as it was) Great sales, crap support. :(

The workshop manager is a good guy if he's still there? (Simon I think his name was?)

Yes Preston Lancs but not Sunwins. The Arnold Clarke is not a Renault Main dealer as such.

Once they have you cash, your on your own.
