i bought my scenic brand new and got quite a hefty discount, so it would be obvious i get good service as they want my money
however through the whole process they were very helpful and always kept me in the loop. even got some free renualt f1 clobber.
i then took my car for a recall upgrade and reset the windows and the service dept was extermely helpful and friendly, the offered me free travel(lift to station and oyster card) while my car was in the garage, and my car was ready on time when i wanted it.
They are not all bad so when they are good lets share too.
