R link user profile

Hi, I'm somewhat confused. With the user profile setting I thought you would have been able to create a bespoke profile to suit yourself but I can't ( and not for the want of trying ) find a menu to do this. Its seems that you can only select one of the preset profiles and rename it. Is this the case?
