Timing chain gasket leak

Had the megane at Rentec independant specialist garage in Edinburgh for its 18k service
The manager brought it to my attention that there was a leak around the timing area that was dripping down onto the undertray meaning there was no oil showing on the road where I was parking
Car got dropped off at a franchised dealership to get fixed and they've confirmed that it needs the gasket replaced also getting the aircon regassed as it was never ice cold in the summer months all work carried out under the warranty
Maybe these faults are confined to my car but check your undertray for oil and ask the mechanic to have a quick look at the timing belt gasket for leakages incase it's been a batch of gaskets or sealants that's been faulty
