Interior Trim Sag

I have a 2016 Megane 4. It is only 11000 miles. However passenger door interior trim saged two week ago. I brought the car to authorized renault technical service and showed the deformation on the interior trim. After a quick examination, they decided that it was not under warranty.
It is unbelievable. Two years old car should not have that type of problem and if it has, it should be replaced in any case.
Is there anybody who also has that bad experience with his/her car? And any idea to make the unprofessional renault technical service employees to fix this problem? I can send the photos and a video of the door to relevant individuals.
