The Mégane II Owners' Club

hi all....

im new to the magane, just got mine yesterday,:D but im looking to start modding it right away:D, so very glad i found this place to get lots of ideas from. any way the thing i first saw that got my attention is angel eyes, the problem is when i search the net for them, the say that they are for meganes made up untill the end of 2005, and mine is a 2007 model. to me the headlights look exactly the same, can i buy theese with confindence or wont they fit.

Megane II phase 1 and 2 have different headlights!

so the 2005 angel eyes, wont fit the 2007 model? they look the same to me tho, whats the deference?

im not sure but i think the headlights on the phase 2 model like yours are smaller than the phase 1, im not sure though so dont hold me too it

The Ph I headlights will actually fit a facelifted model, albeit with unsightly gaps above and below. Somebody on this site has done it when mis-sold the lamps.

The Ph II lights (ie 2006-onwards) are narrower and alot more slanted. Have a look at the original and the facelifted lamps side by side and you will see the difference.
