Try googleing with keywords like "osram xenarc d2s", "osram xenon d2s", "philips xenon d2s" or "ge xenon d2s". The first hit I got was https://www.xenonmaster.com/shop/item.asp?itemid=9

Osram Xenarc D2S bulb for £45ea. Probably dozens of UK sellers out there, and of the one in the link I have no personal experience, but already gives you an idea that your local stealers' quote is most incorrect to say the least...
I believe after a little bit of searching you can find even lower prices. I for example paid only 45 EUROS for an equivalent Osram D2S bulb here in Finland, not known for much competition within the market or the cheapest prices within EU....

Just make sure you get a D2S type bulb that is made by or branded after some reputable company. Osram, Philips, G.E., Hella or Bosch are the ones to choose from. Osram and Philips I believe are the two most common.
I'd strongly recommend against buying any generic Chinese bulbs even if their pricing seems very attractive.

EDIT: I'm only aware of the type of bulb fitted to the pre-facelift Mégane (2003-2005)!!! I do not guarantee that the same bulb type is used in the later face-lifted xenon-equipped Méganes!
