number plate lights
can anyone help...noticed that my number plate lights wasnt working on my megane 1.4..2006 ,so sorted some new ones..fitted them in an still no lights on .... so i unplug them from the sockets, to find the pin connecters had snaped inside on both lights... so phoned renault to find out its £ 40 just for the wire that the lights plug in to an £ 11 each for the lights ...any one got any ideas or no were i can get them a bit cheeper ... thanks..

sounds like i DIY job with a soldering iron and a bit of wire. Especialy with the prices mentioned.. other option is the local scrap yard.
