we are not replying to anymore of your posts as we are dealing with a customer not someone who is trying to make matters worse.

Yep, shinyautos.com are using an overseas server and have a mobile telephone from Vodafone as their contact number.
This is a very dodgy image. Furthermore, one may do a free credit check on them and find that they do not exist in the UK under their name. All, even very small companies are there, but shinyautos.com are not! Basically, if one gives them their credit card details, they can do anything they want with them without being held back by the British or European laws. It may easily happen that Eddie's problems are just starting... :dead

May I ask this trader to remove their mask, please!

PS: Well spotted, FMtwin!

Where are you listed then?
The other question is why on Earth do you give a mobile number as the main contact? I hope you are not receiving credit card payments over it...

Credit and debit card payments are taken via a secure method and processed on a secure merchant server as is any other company.

By us having an American web designer the site - as is other companies of ours hosted on faster American servers.

I've bought a few bits and pieces off shiny with no problems except Royal Mail loosing one of them.
We can't blame him for that.
Email has always been answered promptly
