What is the correct gap on Spark Plugs

What is the correct gap on Spark Plugs

Going to attempt to help my starting problem tomorrow by giving my car a full service. Does anybody know what the correct spark plug gap is for a 1.6 vvt 16v 2003 Dynamique is?

I mate just had a look in the haynes and it says 0.95+ 0.05mm
