Rear Bumper and Gear Knob \ Gear Gaiter Surround Replacement

Just bought a 2003 Renault Megane and i am looking to replace the gear knob and the gear gaiter surround with ones from a Megane Sport 225 anybody know how much i will be looking at from a renault dealer, also has anybody done a bumper conversion to get a twin exhaust out of the back?

I've just been quoted £48.00 inc VAT from a renault dealer to replace just the gear stick on my car-it's only the plastic bit that has worn off though.
