Emergency Key

I know duplicates of the key card are pricey, is it possible to get duplicates just of the emergency key? Can a regular locksmith do it?

I can see this being useful should my daughter ever decide to lock herself in ;-)

I imagine you should be able to get a copy done.
The locksmith might have issues clamping the key down to copy it though as it's fairly small.

and yes.. you can get locked out ONLY if someone steals your key and presses the lock button on the dashboard!

you can get a copy of the emergency key from renault, i think mine cost about £25 last year. just give them your reg number, confirm the details of your car and they will get you the emergency key allready cut for your car.
