72k service. Where to get parts ect. aux/cam belts Tensioner

Where is the best place to get everything needed for a cam belt change?

Is it essential that all below need to be changed? If not could somebody list all the things that should be changed at the 72000 service interval.

Cam/timing belt inc. tensioners £124 (KTEC)
Auxiliary belt inc. tensioners £72(KTEC)
Waterpump £25.20 (GSF)

Engine dynamics charge £350 for a cambelt change including all tensioners and auxiliary belt. So minus the cost of parts, they charge £164 for labor which cant be right. Must get the parts much cheaper than they are available on KTEC for.

I got my local independent Renault garage to do mine with all genuine Renault parts you mentioned + the Dephaser pulley, I know mine is a 1.6 vvt but they did it all for £350 with Vat so if that helps you with a price guide all is good

Got a few quotes today locally and it seems everywhere states its a 7.8 hour job (Im sure its not though) so independant garages charge around £35ph and most want around £350 + Parts.
Think Im going to hold out for one which has already been changed
