It seems that Renault make their own brand for engine flushes:
300ml can - part number 7711229473 - Renault branded "Nettoyant Moteur"

Superseded by Texaco product at £9.94+VAT. Dealership recommends them on all Renault and Nissan models. I suppose the debate will continue...
