How to fit dephaser pulley!!

Hey guys looking for some help, got a 03 1.6 16v meg 2 that needs timing belt kit, water pump & dephaser pulley changed. I have got all the parts got the locking tools. I just need advise on removing & refitting the dephaser pulley. Any replies most gr8ful.
