Do not on any account order any spares from this company!!

I ordered a rear caliper for a Clio, and thinking that as they are used parts it will be cheaper. £45 to be exact. It has cost me my sanity and £40 in personal rate calls to get hold of the barstewards.

The part never came and after many calls and threats from myself, I just managed to get my money back. Now I've received my phone bill - that money will go towards paying the bill as all calls made are routed through a personal rate line and thats how bloody 24/7 spares make there cash.

It would have been cheaper just going to the dealers in the first place to get the part.

Lesson learned
