megane 1.6 vvt air filter

i have a 1.6vvt 52 reg and i cant see where in the top right hand corner of the engine the air filter is. where is it as i want to change it and out in a new filter.
How can you not see the air filter? Its a 'huge' black box!
One end feeds to the engine the other is open to ambiant air.
As you say on the 1.6 its in the top right hand corner of the engine bay.
