ive emailed renault this question and they are useless......i have a megane vvt 1.6 52 reg. i want a cd player, the wider version, but dont know the model number i need. i know there are 2 different types, tuner and update, but the car is at the garage getting repaired at the mo and cant remeber what is in there at the moment as a tape player.

does any1 else have a 1.6 vvt? what cd player, tuner or update type do you have?

i have a 1.6 vvt 05 reg. mine is the update list. i think it changes with the older model if your after a new standard renault radio i go 4 the update list you can plug a mp3 player 2 it the because it has a aux output on it.

early models are on tuner list.
05+ models with canbus are on update list.

they are not compatible with each other
