Rear Door Handle not opening door

Hi Sorry if this has been posted before, I have an 05 1.6 vvt expression and the rear door handle has stopped opening the door, you can open it from the inside and the locks work ok, its just the o/s handle.

prob a bit late but hey, check the connector by the door hinge, i had same prob and took it to 2 renault dealerships and they didnt know what was the prob, i had a look and found the connection plug had come out, works perfectly now.
