Couple of Random Niggly Things

I popped into my local dealer and got a few part numbers for some things that I need.
Does anyone have the part catalogue just to check that these are the correct bits.
I'm hoping that part no. 8200231930 and 8200231931 are the little clear plastic stone guards on leading edge of rear arch. (These should be fairly easy to replace, mine have gone yellow)
Also, am I right in believing that 8200107257 is a 12v accessory socket with cover? A 12v flip up cover is all I'm after, but was told that I can only buy whole unit. Is this true, and does it actually have a little 'flap' with 12V written on it? I only want it so I can get rid of the Cigar lighter so it doesnt rattle when I use Sat Nav.
