I haven´t benched it, but V-tech says 8% more hp and 10% more torque.
I think in total i have gained about 1 second going 0-62Mph (0-100km/h)
The filter didn´t make much differece exept for the sound ....

Im using an SPECTRE filter, (from U.S) and its working really good. I was planning to buy the K&N kit (57i series kit) but it was kind of expensive here, so I bought the filter, a couple and a hose and made a filter support, I save a lot of money buying everything separated.
By the way, if you are planning to fit one, search for the kit at the K&N web page and download the installation instructions, are really helpful, but still there is a few more information needed there.

Any exact figures on the gain of tuning a 1.6? Not interested in %'s or guesses, an actual dyno would be fantastic.
