basically it is a service exchange or fully refurbed clutch unit / kit

lifted from Renault's own site -

The RENAULT Service Exchange clutch is sold with the clutch plate and the thrust bearing. This avoids having to have a second operation carried out which is costly both in terms of time and money (vehicle off the road). The kit preserves the original balance of the 3 parts as it was designed and produced in conjunction with. This eliminates any risk of using parts that are not compatible.
