04 1.4cc Scenic Ignition Coils

Postby wilbydoughboy » Mon Jan 03, 2011 5:34 pm

Hello Folks, I wondered if anyone could recommend a reliable make of ignition coils for a Scenic 1.4cc 2004 model. I have had the car from new and replaced the original coils due to them breaking down but after a couple of years the replacements are now breaking down and I wish to replace them with a very reliable set that will last for many miles and many years. Also I am looking to have the cam belt changed soon due to the age of the belt and not the mileage. I wondered if anyone could recommend a garage around the Cuffley, Enfield area who could do a decent job at a fair price. Thanks all.

The ones you want are the Valeo 'green cap'.

They are the latest revision and are garenteed to last 100,000 Miles.

I have changed all 4 on my 2005 megane and start seems much eaiser on the engine. Not to mention it will fire at much lower temperatures. (ok so maybe of no use in this country)
