Rear light houseing

Hi

Is it possible to swap the rear light/brake casing on a 2003 Megane II to the casing that you find on the face lift model, the 2007 Megane II

Scrap yard has a 2007, but the rear lights are a little different, seem to have lines on or not as smooth?

possible, but the pins are different.
