Spare wheel - Which one?

Postby LeeUK » Tue Aug 17, 2010 5:19 pm

Hi

I have 17inch Nervasport wheels on my Dci, no spare
Im sure my 1.5dci had a proper wheel.

What comes with these - spacesaver?

If spacesaver, is this the same as on a Laguna?

cheers

Ill flog you a proper spare (full speed, so to speak) if you require.

Its a 16" but the 16/55 rather than 17/45 tyre makes the differance.

Not sure of the exact tyre size size (can check if you want) but know our 1.9 dci has a full size 16" steel as a spare.

Any megane that has a 'full size spare' has a 16" steel with a 205/55/16 wheel.

This fits with those that have a 16" Nervastella alloy or the extra tyre wall (55 v 45) componstates for those that have the 17" Nervasport.

If, like me you have an R26R tucked away you get a can of tyre weld!
