My handbrake haS BROKEN ON MY 53 MEGANE 1.4 HOWEVER I CAN GET A 2008 HANDBRAKE ,WILL IT FIT MY CAR ,THANKS LYNDA

Yep,

Exactly the same fitting.

Only differance may be colouring/grip type.
