If you mean refaced I wouldn't, if you reface them you're making them thinner and thereby risking brake failure due to the disc either overheating and boiling your fluid or disintigrating. Just get some replacement discs; one thing you should never skimp on is brakes.

Generally speaking this is sound advice. I have asked on other models in the past, and often (particularly the front discs) it is more costly to put them on a lathe than replacements.

However, with the rear set coming in at £120 or so a pair, it might be worth investigating. Measure the thickness - the minimums are:
1.4 front: 19.8mm (new 22mm)
Others front: 21.8mm (new 24mm)
Rear (all): 6.5mm (new 8mm)

If you have minimal wear on them, it may be worth the bother of refurbishment. If you do go for it, make sure that the company doesn't damage the ABS ring.

Obviously, if you go down this route, fit new pads!

Rear discs: minimum of 9 mm (10 mm new), if the disc diameter is 270 mm (like on my grandtourer).

I was quoting from the 2002 - 2005 240mm diameter Megane range.

Don't know what car the poster has. Ought to check that...

Discs can be skimmed on the car without removing so its a bit cheaper but not many places do that.
