To be honest I've had mine in for 2 months police seen me, not a problem (touch wood!), and I've check with a few MOT guys in North London and they said just make sure the angles of the bulbs a very low so it doesnt hit the eyes of on comers, then your sorted.
Putting in projector lens would be ideal, mine aren't and they are blinding. So im trying to get a set myself
