could anyone tell me if this oil would be ok for 1.9dci rx4 renault?

It is ACEA A3/B3/B4-04, API SL/CF, hydrocracked mineral. It might me OK for annual/9000 mile changes. I doubt that it is long-life such as RN0710 or MB229.5. Ask the seller for what is written on the label.
