front bumper moulding

i have a 56 plate megane and the black paint on the bumper moulding has started to peel off what do you suggest? buying a new front moulding? (if so where to buy from) or spraying the bumper?

any responses will be helpful thanks

sand it down, primer , paint and lacquer
