Centre cap for 17" Nervasport alloy wheel

I've just noticed that the centre cap (diamond badge really) is missing from the centre of one of my Nervasport wheels. All that is left is 2 slots where it used to be.

Any idea of where I can get a replacement rather than going to dealer and paying no doubt a fortune.
