Can anyone help I'm trying to get a new parcel shelf for my 3 door megane 2005 oasis are the 5 door shelf's the same size or does it have to be 3 door ?

They're the same.

Same roof, same rear hatch, same rear seats. Never heard it mentioned that there are two different ones.
Ask the seller, they may be able to confirm.
Here's an advert for one that states it fits 3 and 5 door models.
