Seat back adjuster thingy....

Hey guys

need a handle to adjust the back rest for the passenger seat of a 19dci Megane 2 cab. I am really new to all this spanner stuff and don't really know what it might be called i.e. its proper name!

Can anyone recommend where to get one and its proper name or should I just pay for one from my local dealer (knowing that these parts are usualy FAR more expensive than need be!)?
