How about march12 know it's a fair way off but hopefully weather will be better and that gives ppl plenty of time to free up/keep that date free?

These things are better on a sunday... ( give you saturday to clean the car)
How about the 20th of March?
Also can each person have a badge with the user name and real name...
Did this at other meets and makes it much eaiser to know who is who in the first instance.
