Headlamp adjustment

I have just had my megane back from the bodyshop and find my headlamps are useless at night due to poor alignment. Can someone tell me how to adjust my headlamps so I can see the road again.One is pointins down to the floor and the other on the other side of the road.

Open you bonnet and look at the top of your headlight there is a screw turn it that does the job mate
the screw is in a hole
