Rear disc replacement - Torque settings

Hi Guys,
I'm replacing the rear discs on my wife's 2006 Megane 2 Convertible. It was built in May 2006 and is a FAP model so I guess it's what's termed in the Haynes manual as a 'phase 2 ' model.
Problem is that the rear hub nut torque setting is shown as being reduced to 129 lbs/ft in 2006 but I don't know when in the year this came about. I tried our local Renault dealer in Kettering but they just won't give me the information in case it causes an accident! I then tried Renault help line but after 45 minutes hanging on I gave up!! Have looked on U-Tube but all sorts of figures come up (and some videos show just a great long bar and brute strength being used).
Does anyone have the definitive answer please?
Cheers Dave.
